Royce Cornelison

Royce started in the construction industry in 1975 and quickly grew to love it. He found that there was nothing more rewarding than building things and improving those that already existed. In October of 1993, Royce co-founded P&C Construction. He attributes his success and the success of his company to the fact that he remained loyal and true to God
and operated all his business relationships on the core standards
of honesty and integrity.

Royce currently serves as the Co-Chair for Workforce Development, Executive Circle Member and Board of Directors for the Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, Advisory Board for Synovus Bank Chattanooga, as well as the previous Board of Directors for the Mountain Lakes Chamber of Commerce. He is an active member of CSI, AGC East TN, ABC, BBB, Alabama Forestry Association, Chattanooga Chamber of Commerce, Mountain Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Echota Cherokee Tribe of Alabama, The Heritage Foundation, ICSC, ACI, Home Builders Association of Greater Chattanooga, and the National Minority Supplier Development Council.

When not working, Royce enjoys fishing and hunting his farm in Alabama and practically anything that involves being outdoors. He also serves as the current pastor at Flat Rock Holiness Church. Royce and his wife Gloria have two sons, Nic and Jordan and four grandchildren - Paris, Briley, Harper, and Oakley.
