Mr. Skeeter Pritchett
Began his career in construction as an apprentice in Scottsboro, Alabama in 1969. He has worked with several large construction companies, and has had his own general contracting business in the late 1970s and 80s before teaming with his colleague to form P & C Construction.
In addition to being a skilled carpenter, Mr. Pritchett also serves the company in the areas of marketing management, project management and general business administrator.

Mr. Royce Cornelison
Began his career in Hammond, Indiana in 1976. His varied career has included part-time construction, assistant superintendent, lead carpenter, foreman, and superintendent for two large construction firms. He also owned his own contracting business before co-founding P & C Construction in 1990.
A member of the Southern Building Code Congress and the American Institute of Architects, Royce is skilled in carpentry, interior millwork, and design. At P & C his role is overall management, estimating and project management.

Company History
P & C Construction began as a part-time venture as Pritchett and Cornelison Construction in 1990.
P & C Construction, is a general contractor licensed in Tennessee, Alabama and Louisiana. We are also qualified to perform work in Georgia which does not require state licensing. We have and will travel outside our primary service area when needed.

P & C focuses on Commercial and Industrial Construction - Service applications. However, we welcome the opportunity to work with you on your residential project as well as any commercial endeavor. We specialize in (but are not limited to) office, tenant, and conference room build-outs, pre-engineered steel buildings, conventional framed - steel and masonry structures. In conjunction with architectural, engineering and interior design firms we are capable of design/build of projects. In addition to our capabilities in general construction, we work with many customers on an ongoing basis performing maintenance in industrial, commercial and retail applications. As an added benefit

P & C has the ability in-house to design, build & install custom casework & cabinetry. Our goal is to provide a quality product with dependable, responsive, and timely service while developing a long-term relationship with our clients. At P & C we continually strive to maintain a good working relationship with our clients and our staff of experienced craftsmen and subcontractors.

P & C is an authorized dealer for Inland® pre-engineered steel building systems, and we have building systems available from ACI®, Americo®, Heritage®, Kirby®, Chief®, and MBCI® - steel building manufacturers. We offer full service to the owner including pre-construction planning, design, building construction, and facilities management.
