The Design/ Build process focuses on combining the design, permitting, and construction processes. We provide and handle all of your needs at one location to streamline your project. Since you will only have ONE point of contact, P&C will work together with you to determine what methods and materials will maximize the value of your project.
In addition to our capabilities in general construction, we work with many customers on an ongoing basis performing maintenance in industrial, commercial and retail applications. As an added benefit, P&C has the ability to design, build & install custom casework and cabinetry. At P&C, we continually strive to maintain a good working relationship with our customers, our staff of experienced craftsmen, our subcontractors, and our suppliers. P&C is an authorized dealer for Inland pre-engineered steel building systems. We also have building systems available from many other steel building manufacturers.
We offer full service to the owner including pre-construction planning, design, building construction, and facilities management.
